The villa faces open countryside in a quiet residential area, on the outskirts of the bustling market town of Puerto de Mazarron – it´s a fantastic location, as the villa is just a couple of hundred meters from the sea, and your nearest bars and restaurants are approx 10 minutes walk away. It's a lovely 30 minute walk along the coast into town from here too, with it´s many bars, restaurants and shops.
The villa has three bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, and wifi of course. On the ground floor, we have the lounge, with the dining area facing the private pool, and the fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms, with a private balcony leading off from the master bedroom and facing open countryside, and upstairs again you have even more private space – a rooftop solarium, with spectacular views of the mountains that surround our little town.
This villa also has a private pool of course, and plenty of outdoor furniture for dining, relaxing, and just catching some rays..... and if you get to the point where you just can´t upload any more selfies, well, there´s a good selection of board games to keep you entertained whilst you watch the sun go down.
Venturing further afield, the Roman fortress town of Cartagena is approx 30 minutes drive, and our capital town, Murcia, is approx 40 minutes drive. The nearest golf courses are perhaps 30 minutes drive from the villa.

Terms and Conditions
Following on from recent legislation, we are now required to register all guests with the local police, the Guardia Civil. We will take all the relevant information from you on arrival, along with a copy of your passports. Please make sure you have your passports easily to hand on arrival, to make this a quick and easy process.
